Bottman Design Artists
Paris Bottman has been entertaining us with her whimsical characters for over 25 years. Her 'dressed animal' career began with a series of handmade and porcelain figures and proceeded to the current colored pencil drawings and watercolors. Paris delights in bringing a smile to our faces with her creations. She lives and works in Salt Lake City.

As many of you may know, I have been on a parallel creative journey of art and writing. With my latest book series, launching with Daughter of Smoke and Bone Fall 2011, writing has taken oven my life. I now will place LL exclusively in the world of my LL's collectors: to trade, to collect on Ebay and collector sites, and pass to at some point, to the next generation. (As I have already started to do for my own daughter). I hope to someday come back to my art, to Laini's Ladies, and to you!

Maren Schaffner lives with her gang of cats (8 at the moment), and 2 dogs in an old farmhouse in a windswept area between the North Sea and the Baltic. The North German country side with it's wind and weather provide her with great inspiration. Exhibitions of her paintings enjoy enormous popularity in Germany and abroad.

Simon Drew creates a wonderful world of images using verbal and visual puns that delight and amuse all of us. Well known throughout the United Kingdom, Simon is gifted with a fine sense of fun and a creative imagination. In spite of drawing at every opportunity, Simon and his wife Caroline find time to run a very popular art and craft gallery in Dartmouth, Devon.
Ivy Fife is a native of western Colorado. Her first “real” job was with a major greeting card company in the Midwest (yes, that one.) She worked there for nearly 20 years before returning to the mountains with her husband and three daughters. She now draws and writes from her home in Montrose, CO.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle, Alicia Tormey has been creating whimsical images since she was old enough to hold a crayon. Most of Alicia's work features fanciful and harlequin imagery is reminiscent of carnivals of the past. Her work ranges from the realism of her watercolor illustrations such as "Dragonfly" to the more whimsical "Party Hat" as well as her signature shoe collection.
Sue Jenkins presents the Lucky Chair line of blank notecards and invitations - a fresh new line featuring home inspired images that speak to the poetry of everyday things.
David uses a unique torn paper collage style to produce his unique cards combining the art with a terse haiku message. The line is title Ancient Roscoe Haiku. His Kustom Karma line features manipulated, found artwork couple with tongue-in-cheek, glib messages.
Beth’s new holiday cards are based on the wonderfully simple images found on her line of handmade ceramics. They are 5” x 7” with die cut windows, and feature Beth’s art in full color on both sides. These charming cards come individually sleeved with a color string and button envelope.
Tracy Kunzler is a talented writer living in Virginia Beach. A part of the Broad Appeal collection, she is now on her own with Reel Life.
Jill Corriveau is a northwest jewelry artist. She has designed three collections for Bottman Design. First is the Rain & Shine line of cards with pendant necklaces finished in silver plate. Second is the Tweenkle Tweenkle line of cards with pendant necklaces geared to the younger set. And finally we have the images printed as 5"x7" cards resplendant with glitter, foil and die cutting.
